Carriers and delivery areas

Orders to Austria and Germany are generally shipped with Austrian Post. For other countries available during checkout, we generally use DPD. The available carrier and exact shipping cost for your address are shown before you place a binding order.

Processing and tracking

Items in stock are normally prepared for dispatch within two business days after receipt of payment. Once tracking is available, you will receive the relevant link by email. Actual transit time depends on the destination and carrier.

Packaging and international delivery

We package goods securely for transport. Deliveries outside the European Union may incur import duties, customs charges or local taxes, which are payable by the recipient.
